At The Review Cleaner, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality and best client experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established a thoughtful cancellation and refund policy.
Project Planning and Milestones
All projects begin with a thorough discovery and analysis phase, leading to the creation of a scope of work document. This process ensures that both parties clearly understand the required work, minimizing the potential for cancellations, reversals, or disputes. We generally request 100% of the total project cost upfront, which helps ensure a smooth progression and adjustment within the agreed timeline.
Alternative Solutions and Refund Requests
All timelines and scopes are detailed in each of our Pricing Plans. We recommend reviewing these and discussing any questions with our sales team during the consultation. For customized services, we offer alternative solutions, including new scopes and timelines upon request. Prices and conditions will be explained during the consultation.
We do not provide refunds for subscription payments. However, we offer a 30-day cancellation request option for the next billing cycle. Once the cancellation request is processed, clients typically receive a notification within 2-3 working days.

Completed Work and Milestone Payments
Refunds are not possible for work that has already been completed. In the event of a mutually agreed project termination, the client retains control of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void. No previous payments or deposits will be refunded.
Once the client acknowledges and approves the mutually agreed scope of work, and we enter the execution phase of the project, no payment will be refunded. There are no partial refunds for projects that are midway through a milestone phase.
Special Offers and ORM Packages
Cancellations are not entertained for services offered by our marketing team on special occasions. These limited-time offers cannot be canceled. ORM (Online Reputation Management) packages are non-refundable, but clients may cancel with a 60-day written notice.
Dormant Projects
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or inactive for more than 30 days.
